Most of the nasty surprises in a web project come from not knowing what's happening. So the process is agreed before we start, and you approve each step.
In the first conversation we work out whether we can help. If the answer is no, we say so there and then and point you towards someone who can. If it's yes, you get a quote with scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. From that moment the deadline is a commitment, not an estimate.
You'll see the site before a single line of code exists. We change whatever needs changing, with two rounds included. If the first proposal doesn't convince you, we stop there and you don't pay the rest — we'd rather that than push a project nobody believes in.
Copy, photos and your business details. This is the part that most often delays projects, so we give you a concrete list of what's needed, and if you don't have copy, we write it and you review it. The clock starts when the material is in.
The domain is in your name from the start. When we finish you get every login plus a recorded training session so you can change text, photos and prices yourself. You don't depend on us day to day.
